Welcome. These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyHolyBody store and website. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

We do our best to represent our products truthfully. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. We do not guarantee that what you see on screen will be an exact match to the physical product.

Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only after we accept it and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellations after acceptance may not always be possible. If we cancel or modify your order, we will contact you via the details provided at checkout.

All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applied to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — our name, logo, imagery, copy, product names, and design — belongs to My Holy B.V. or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may browse and use our store for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any part of our content without prior written permission.

MyHolyBody is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with My Holy B.V. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and us and accepts no liability for purchases made through our store.

If you share feedback, reviews, or ideas with us, you grant My Holy B.V. a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for any business purpose, including improving and promoting our products and services.

You confirm that any feedback you submit is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. If we discover an error, we reserve the right to correct it — including after an order has been placed — and will notify you if this affects your order.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
